The illustration comes from the wise know-how of a local illustrator, starting from this collection theme: the Polynesian Ocean and its creatures, where the attention focuses on the beauty of natural details and vivid colors of the underwater nature.
The Cory Foulard takes its hues from the Coral Grouper fish.
This foulard was sewn and finished by local dressmakers on a ZERO WASTE perspective, reusing our production’s fabric scraps, made of TENCEL™ Lyocell, a fibre from responsibly managed forests (mainly eucalyptus), used to make not only the garment’s fabric but also the yarn for the stitching and the rolled hems. The Lyocell takes on the vibrant colours of our patterns thanks to sustainable inks covered by numerous certifications safeguarding workers, consumers and the environment. Our print shop also reuses some of the water previously used in its production cycles in order to reduce its impact on natural resources. We in any case believe that details make the difference, so for the labels sewn onto the foulard we chose certified organic cotton. Though we take enormous care over our work, our garments are sewn one by one, so our production is not industrialized: any imperfections are therefore to be seen as unique features of the garment you’re wearing. TENCEL™ is a trademark of Lenzing AG.

The box containing the product is made 100% recycled paper and can in turn be recycled, like the tags accompanying it – the cord is made, instead, in certified organic cotton. To better withstand impact during shipment, the shipment box is made partly of recycled fibres and partly of virgin fibres from responsibly managed forests. The adhesive tape for closing the box is made of paper from sustainably managed forests.
